Go to our pricing page and click ‘Request free assessment’. Fill in your details and receive your ticket number immediately.
Call Jeroen (AI assistant)
On the support page you can call Jeroen, our AI assistant. Jeroen helps you with questions about your problem or guides you through the process.
Download the software
Click ‘Connect to your computer’ on the support page. Choose your operating system and download the software.
Run the file
Click the downloaded file to run it. The software automatically creates a secure connection with our technician.
Free assessment
Our technician reviews your computer and assesses the problem. This takes up to 15 minutes and is completely free.
Pay for support (optional)
Want us to actually fix the problem? Pay €25 via iDEAL, Bancontact or credit card. Not solved? Money back.
Problem gets solved
Our technician gets to work and solves your problem. No time limit: we don’t stop until it’s fixed.
End the session
After the session, the software is automatically removed. Nothing remains on your computer.

How does it work technically?
For the curious: here’s what happens under the hood.
SSH encryption
All communication runs via the SSH protocol - the same encryption technology banks use.
Reverse tunneling
Your computer makes an outbound connection. You don't need to open any ports in your router.
Remote Desktop (RDP)
For screen sharing we use Windows Remote Desktop, a built-in Windows feature.
Terminal access
Our technician also has access to PowerShell for system configurations and diagnostics.
Automatic cleanup
After the session, the support account is removed, RDP is disabled and SSH is stopped.
You are in control
Close the window at any time to end the session. The session code is single-use.
