Yes. The connection is fully encrypted via SSH protocol (the same technology banks use). You can see everything our technician does on your screen. After the session, all access is automatically removed.
We do our very best to solve every problem. If it truly can’t be fixed remotely (e.g. hardware issues), you get a full refund.
That depends on the problem. A simple software installation can be done in 15 minutes, virus removal may take longer. We charge no extra - you pay a fixed amount regardless of duration.
Currently we only support Windows 10 and Windows 11. Mac support is coming soon.
